A fee per shipment processed
Charged once when a shipment enters broker review, not per document, per quote or per API call. A shipment you reject still counts once; re-opening the same file does not.

Publishing tiers before we've measured what the product saves a brokerage would be a guess dressed up as a price. During Phase 1 we quote against your shipment volume and seat count, and we tell you the number on the first call.
